Vita
She graduated from the Tomsk Medical Institute (1974) with a degree in medical care, worked at the Tomsk Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital (1974-1977) and at the Department of Psychiatry at the Tomsk Medical Institute (1977-1982).
In 1983 in Tartu (Estonia) she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of medical sciences “Clinical-immunological characteristics of patients with an unfavorable course of schizophrenia, long-term treated with antipsychotics” (supervisor - MD, professor E.D. Krasik).
In 2002 she defended her thesis for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences "Neurotic Disorders: Clinical and Pathophysiological Aspects."
Since 1982, scientific secretary of the Mental Health Research Institute, since 20002 - head of the department of preventive psychiatry, since 2014 – lead researcher of the Borderline States Department.
Member of the Scientific Council of Mental Health Research Institute, Member of Dissertational Council Д 002.279.05 on specialty 14.01.06. “Psychiatry” (medical sciences).
She is a member of the Editorial Boards of three journals: Siberian Hearld of Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry (Tomsk), Issues of Mental Medicine and Addiction Psychiatry (Moscow-Pavlodar), Journal of Addiction Problems (Kazakhstan).
Under her supervision 4 MD and 13 PhD theses were defended.
Area of scientific and clinical interests
The mental health of children and adolescents, the mental health of children with disabilities, quality of life, borderline mental disorders, the mental health of women with pregnancy pathology, psychosomatic disorders, psycho-oncology.

Member of the World Psychiatric Association, member of the scientific council of the World Association of Cultural Psychiatry, China Association for the Study of Depression, Secretary of the International Association of Ethnopsychologists and Ethnopsychotherapists (IAEE), Secretary of the Ethnopsychiatry Section of the Russian Society of Psychiatrists (RSP). Academician of the International Academy of Higher Education.

In 2007, together with colleagues from the Mental Health Research Institute, a grant was received from the Tomsk Administration for the study of the quality of life in patients with neurotic disorders.
