She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Tomsk Medical Institute (1996) with a degree in General Medicine, and completed residency training with a degree in Psychiatry (1996-1998) at the Mental Health Research Institute of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (currently the Mental Health Research Institute of the Tomsk NRMC, Tomsk).
In 2001, she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences: “Clinical-constitutional features and adaptive capabilities of patients with simple schizophrenia” (scientific adviser, doctor of medical sciences, professor A.V. Semke), and in 2016 - the thesis for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences: "Schizophrenia with a predominance of negative disorders: clinical-constitutional patterns, adaptation, therapy."
Since 1998, she has been a Junior Researcher, since 2000 a Researcher, subsequently a Senior Researcher, and since 2016, a Lead Researcher at the Department of Endogenous Disorders.

She develops an anthropological direction in psychiatry, has repeatedly participated as a rater and researcher in multicenter clinical trials of psychotropic drugs, has been trained at international trainings, is also a highly qualified doctor, provides advisory psychiatric and psychotherapeutic help in somatic medicine - clinics of the Siberian Medical University and consultative-diagnostic Center "Professor".
