Brief Biography
Irina Andreevna, 1992 year of birth, in 2016 with excellent diploma graduated from the Medico-Biological Faculty of the Siberian State Medical University on the specialty ‘medical biochemistry’. In 2017, she completed her internship and received a diploma of postgraduate professional education and a certificate of a specialist in the specialty "Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics". In 2015, she was hired as a junior researcher at the Laboratory of Molecular Genetics and Biochemistry of the Mental Health Research Institute, where she currently works. In 2020, she successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis on the topic "Clinical, biochemical and metabolomic features of patients with paranoid schizophrenia with concomitant metabolic syndrome" in the specialties "Psychiatry" and “Pathological Physiology".

Member of the Tomsk regional branch of the Council of Young Scientists of the Russian Society of Psychiatrists, member of the Council of Young Scientists of the Mental Health Research Institute of the Tomsk National Research Medical Center.
Laureate of the scholarship of the President of the Russian Federation for young scientists and graduate students carrying out promising research and development in priority areas of modernization of the Russian economy - SP-1182.2021.4 “Search for peripheral biological markers of suicidal behavior in patients with schizophrenia” (2021-2023). Laureate of the Tomsk Region Administration Prize in the field of education, science, healthcare and culture for young scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers, specialists, doctoral students and graduate students (2022); Laureate of the Prize of the Legislative Duma of the Tomsk Region for young scientists and young talents (2022).
Mednova I.A. She has repeatedly been the winner and prize-winner of regional, all-Russian and international conferences. He is the secretary of the “Molecular Psychiatry” section of the Russian Society of Psychiatrists, a member of the Tomsk regional branch of the Council of Young Scientists of the Russian Society of Psychiatrists, a member of the Council of Young Scientists of the Research Institute of Mental Health of the Tomsk National Research Medical Center.
For success in work Mednova I.A. awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Scientific Research Institute of Mental Health, TNRMC SB RAS (2017, 2020), a Letter of Gratitude from the Administration of the Tomsk Region (2024).
